Shipping
Orders by Australian customers
- Online orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays
- A flat rate $10 applies to all orders up to $150 in value
- Orders over $150 receive FREE SHIPPING within Australia
- All of our orders are shipped using Australia Post Satchels with tracking number
- Delivery is estimated to take 2-5 days depending on your location within Australia and time of year
International orders
- We post to most countries. We don't offer a flat rate for international shipping. Please enter your address at checkout to see the cost as this varies for each country.
- All customs fees and taxes or additional costs associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is sent you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Please use this number to track your order on the Australia Post official website at this link (opens in a new window).
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when placing an order. If the wrong address is provided, we cannot offer a reimbursement for the postage or product purchased.
